Would like to know others who may be interested in the Tuscany ride - either with cooking classes or without. Also has a great spa available at the Villa. This is my DREAM ride. Hi Ellen, I am learning how to use this site. So I may have already sent some messages to you. They don't look like they went through. I am planning on going to Tuscany in the Spring of 2008. I usually travel alone only because riding all day in a saddle does not appeal to many people that I know. I have been travelling through Hidden Trails for the past 7 years and have had a great time on almost all of their trips. If you want to see if we can get together on this let me know. Sharyn

Hi Sharyn: Yes! I am absolutely interested in this trip for Spring '08. Sounds like we are in the same situation with having some non-riding friends. I have not yet travelled with Hidden Trails - only because I haven't had a travel partner. But I have been staring at the brochures for years! Hi Karen & Ellen, I don't know if either of you are aware of it (or care for that matter), but HT is offering a discount on one of their Tuscany trips (Dressage training in Tuscany, IT-SR04) for only $955 US. Looking at the program it appears that the host offers a wide variety of packages that entail riding activities other than just dressage (package "E", "Hacking Only" rather appeals to me) but I don't know if the discount applies to packages other than dressage training. I've sent an email inquiring as to whether the other packages are also covered under the same rate and will pass the info on if either of you are interested. Personally, if Package "E" is available at the discounted rate, I'll be headed over there sometime during the winter. Regards, Michael
