Hi-

I'm turning 30 this year and want to take this trip to treat myself.  Hubby isn't interested in going so I'd love to find a female travel partner from the states.  I'd like to go the last week in June to see the Lusitano festival.  English is spoken very well in Portugal but I can speak enough Spanish to help us if needs be.  They do understand spoken spanish from what I have found out.
