From mountain back roads to
rainforest and waterfalls, this 10-day Costa Rican
ride, from the Pacific Ocean to the inland areas
around the volcano Arenal, offers incredible vistas
of vast mountain ranges, active volcanoes and
pristine sandy beaches. Combine this with relaxation
at a natural hot springs, a moonlit beach ride and
time to swim with your horses and you end up with a
perfect equestrian getaway. Much of the area that
we’ll be riding through is fairly inaccessible and
relatively unexplored by the average tourist. The
panoramic route takes you through hilly farm country
and small villages, tropical rainforest, volcanoes,
jungle rivers, exquisite unspoiled beaches, cool
mountain lakes, cloud forest, oak forest and much
more.
